SHIPPING FEES
Fixed shipping fees have been established as follows :

We do not offer free shipping. If you didn't pay for the shipping fees, its means you have used our promo code CUMUL explained below.
COMBINE YOUR ORDERS
We offer to combine several orders before proceeding to shipping.
1-Simply use our promo code CUMUL, this code removes shipping fees and puts your order on hold.
2-When you are ready to have your orders delivered, you must ensure to pay shipping fees on your last order.
3-You cant also pay the delivery fee without any purchases. Simply add this item to your cart to be able to select the shipping fees at checkout
Please note that you can combine your orders for up to 3 months. A reminder will be sent as the deadline approaches. If the deadline is exceeded, the items will be put back on sale without refund.
DEADLINE AND FOLLOW UP
Once the order is completed and paid, the package will be shipped within 3-4 business days. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email including a link to the tracking number of your shipment.
PICK-UP
You also have the option of picking up your orders at our Montreal boutique at 4067 St-Denis Street H2W 2M7. This service is free. The usual delay for your order to be ready to pick-up is 2-3 business days. You will receive an email confirming that your order is ready to be picked up with a link to schedule the exact time of pick-up
You have a delay of 3 months to pickup your order. A reminder will be sent as the deadline approaches. If the deadline is exceeded, the items will be put back on sale without refund.
